Founded in 2004, as a result of the efforts of Kartik Mehta and Rajiv Sharan, KAJIVA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PVT. LTD. has emerged as one of the fastest growing players on the Indian construction scene.

The recent acquisition of a controlling interest in the company, by Speedy Multimodes Ltd., a flagship company of the DBC Group, has proved to be a major shot in the arm for the company. The DBC Group, which belongs to the Dubashes, has been in the business of contruction & property development since ages. With prestigious projects in South Mumbai such as Rushilla, Brighton, Sorrento, Wyoming and the Vulcan Insurance Building under their belt, they gave gained a reputation which is hard to match.It was natural then, for the Dubashes to show keen interest and acquire a controlling stake in Kajiva.

In a short span of 3 years, since its inception, Kajiva boasts of a client profile which includes The Creme de la Creme of India Inc. Some companies on Kajiva's clients list includes Welspun India, Orbit Construction, Larsen & Toubro Ltd., Nesco, Nirlon, Speedy Multimodes, New Haven Engineering, Vaswani Builders, Tricona Capital, Sevenhills healthcare Ltd. etc.
