On Going Projects

Rocky Isle at Breach Candy:

Rocky Isle, a bunglow construction project, involved the construction of a four level structure and a basement. What made the project challenging was the fact that Rocky Isle is a heritage structure. During the construction of the bunglow, two sides of the structure were to be retained and the other two sides were to be made similar to the front facade. The project involved provosion of Contracting and Project Monitoring Services by Kajiva

Hasman at Breach Candy :

The Hasman project, which commenced during September 07, which involves the provision of Designing and Contracting services by Kajiva is built on 6000 square feet.

Oberoi Villas ( 7 nos) at Goregaon:

This projects, awarded to Kajiva by L & T, involves the construction of 7 Villas. The total area of construction is 92000 sq. feet. The project is due for completion in four months.

Kumaram at Worli :

The Kumaram project, which commenced during September 07, involves the major repairs to a Bunglow at Worli, Mumbai. The project which involves the provision of Designing and Contracting services by Kajiva is spread over 3500 square feet.
