The Management pool of Kajiva comprises of various professionals associated with the group companies either as Directors or as Executives.

The management initially comprised of the founders of the company Rajiv Sharan and Kartik Mehta. The subsequent acquisition of a controlling stake in the company by the DBC Group has led to the inclusion of S. Krishnamoorthy and Chandrakant Dedhia, representatives of The DBC Group, into the core management team.

 S. Krishnamoorthy , is a Chartered Accountant. He has been working with the Dubashes for the past 32 years . He is the Managing Director of Speedy Multimodes and the Chairman of Kajiva.
Chandrakant Dedhia
A commerce graduate , has been working with the Dubashes for the past 32 years . He is the Joint Managing Director of Speedy Multimodes a director in Kajiva.

Rajiv Sharan, an Ex. Larsen & Toubro employee, has been actively involved in the construction of landmarks like The Buckly Court in Colaba and Hotel Grand Hyatt in Santacruz during his ten year stint with the company.

He has the unique distinction of having qualified among the top 5 percent engineers in Larsen & Toubro. In his career spanning 13 years he has handled and managed approximately 13 lakh square feet of contruction. He is an expert in project management right from planning, preparing/monitoring of Pre-Start estimates, scheduling, P&L management, cost control and resource deployment during execution of projects. Be it challenging projects like Buckly Court or huge projects like the construction of Hotel Grand Hyatt, they have been handled with utmost professionalism and expertise by Rajiv Sharan who continues to be the guiding light for Kajiva's success.
Kartik Mehta, a real estate developer at the core is a guiding force for the mechanization of the construction industry. A thorough professional, Kartik Mehta, has created a superb business development network for Kajiva. He was instrumental in completing Simran Centre, which also houses the head office of Kajiva Construction. With a wealth of experience gathered over a career spanning 10 years, Kartik Mehta, is an invaluable asset to the company.
Jayesh Tejani who is an expert in Financial Management and a double graduate in Marketing & Foreign Trade is an ex-employee of Larsen & Toubro Limited, having worked in its construction division for 10 years. His deep knowledge of statutory requirements in the construction industry and vast experience in the fields of overseas Finance, Accounts & Administrative operations has been immensely useful to the company in its daily affairs.
Ms. Shefali Shah, an architect and interior designer is the Head of Interior Projects in Kajiva. She is an expert in design and sourcing. Under her able leadership, Kajiva Design Cell, has won many accolades.
Kaikhasuhroo Adajania,

a Graduate in Science, with his deep knowledge of property deals in Maharashtra and Gujarat and expertise in client relations, has been instrumental in winning many projects for Kajiva.
